Our signature class, focused on fundamentals and 
boxing drills with some strength and conditioning in the mix! The perfect balance of skill, strength and cardio.

TECHNIQUE

Refine your Muay Thai techniques while learning

new tricks, strikes, and sparring strategies. A slower-paced class great for beginners and experienced fighters alike.

PADFIT

Need an excuse to beat up your friend? (We're joking, obviously). Pair up with a mate and get fit together! Work through different combos while getting a cardio fix in.

PADWORK

Get tailored, personal advice during one-on-one pad work with a trainer while cycling through a circuit. A fast-paced, cardio-based class that'll leave you sweaty and happy!

ADVANCED

Step up your game and drill technique with our

advanced class. Improve your coordination, reaction time and memory with rounds of sparring and clinching.

QUESTIONS

Is there a beginner class?

Our All Levels class is perfect for beginners and experienced boxers alike, with adaptable workouts that can suit your skill level. If you’ve never boxed before — don’t worry, one of our trainers can take you through the basics so you’ve got your technique down.

Do I need to bring gloves and hand wraps?

We have plenty of gloves at the gym for you to use, and hand wraps are available for purchase from reception for $15 –$20; otherwise you’re welcome to bring your own! Hand wraps are necessary to protect your wrists and hands during boxing.

Where are you located?

You can find us at Level 2/492 Queen Street, Auckland Central 1010.

Where should I park?

We have allocated car parks within the Wilson Parking lot at 10 Liverpool Street which are on a first in, first served basis. There is also parking available along Liverpool Street, Turner Street, or in the Wilson Parking lot across from the gym.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personal one-on-one training sessions that are tailored

Do I have to book classes online?

Nope – if you’ve visited us before or have a class pass or membership, just turn up at any of our classes. If it’s your first time visiting us, make sure you sign up for your free trial online so we know when to expect you! :)

When should I arrive for the class?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class, so we can get you settled in and your hand wraps on.

What should I wear?

You’ll want to come in comfy workout gear. If you need to change, we have showers and bathrooms available for use. Feel free to bring your own hand wraps/gloves if you have them, too.
