PADFIT – 60 MIN | ANY LEVEL
Need an excuse to beat up your friend? (We're joking, obviously). Pair up with a mate and get fit together! Work through different Muay Thai combinations while getting a cardio fix in. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
PADWORK – 60 MIN | ANY LEVEL
Get tailored, personal advice during one-on-one pad work with a trainer while cycling through a circuit. A fast-paced, cardio-based class that'll leave you sweaty and happy! If you're looking for a class that'll push you – this is it. Suitable for all levels of experience.
ADVANCED – 60 MIN | ADVANCED MEMBERS
Step up your game with our advanced class. Improve coordination, reaction time and memory with rounds of sparring and clinching. Drill techniques while gaining soft experience against fighters of different styles. This class is only recommended for advanced or experienced members. Shinguards, 16oz gloves, and a mouthguard are required.
